I'm translating a university grade report and there are several columns above the list of courses and grades:

DESCRIZIONE CFU/ECTS VOTO DATA CONV TIPO RIC. CONV.

I'm assuming CONV means 'Conversione', but I can't figure out what the last column means. Can anybody help?
