Italian term or phrase: di maturita all'unanimita vs a maggioranza
In the section of this school leaving transcript, there is a column reading that the student was either eligible or not to sit the exam, the text then goes on to say:

" di maturita all'unanimita/a maggioranze" the idea is that one of these gets crossed out I think.

I think that the terms relate to the marks of the "maturita" which I might call leaving certificate, but there is one for each year of study at the college attended and it covers several years.

Could I just put "Leaving Certificate: Unanimously/by majority" or should the terms be more specific as this is in an educational context.

Explanation:
"Leaving Certificate" would work in GB, but not, I think, in the US. I'd put "graduation": works ok in both realms. Besides, I understand that the discourse is about the faculty agreeing to grant the student access to the graduation examination. As for the certificate, he'll be deemed eligible when, and if, he successfully passes that examination.

Explanation:
