Italian term or phrase: corsi residenziali itineranti
I'm translating the CV of a person who works as a hospital pharmacist. In the section titled "Partecipazione a Eventi Formativi in Qualita' di Discente" he has:

"*Corsi residenziali itineranti* su Applicazione delle Norme di Buona Preparazione dei Radiofarmaci"

To me, the terms "residenziali" and "itineranti" seem to conflict.

How would we say this in English?

residential or itinerant courses

Explanation:
It would seem that there is a comma or a conjunction (and/or) missing. There are two possibilities, a residential course (i.e. course with lessons held in one place) or an itinerant course (i.e. course held in different places/countries)

Example sentence(s):
  • Under the framework of the Oriented-training courses on advanced methodologies planned by CHARISMA project, an itinerant course on Stone conservation is to be prepared and implemented. The first venue will take place in Lisbon (May 7th -18th 2012), and
