Switches/circuit-breakers can be physically padlocked (the lock loop goes through the actual switch lever and a securely fixed ring (or something similar) on the surrounding casing) so that no-one can come along and switch it back on without the key, of course.
Do a net search for: circuit-breaker+padlock
and you will get pages of hits. |
