Ai fini della determinazione del valore della garanzia finanziaria che l'utente deve prestare, Terna calcola un valore di riferimento rappresentativo degli importi mediamente fatturati al medesimo utente. In particolare:
a) per gli utenti di dispacciamento in immissione, tale determinazione è effettuata al momento della stipula del contratto di dispacciamento nonché a seguito delle modifiche ai punti di immissione, come comunicate da tali utenti;
b) per gli utenti di dispacciamento in prelievo, tale determinazione è effettuata al momento della stipula del contratto di dispacciamento.
