Looking at the legislative framework for photovoltaic plants in Italy and more specifically the incentives for building PV plants as contained in the 3rd 'Conto Energia'.

Sono inoltre riconosciuti premi per gli impianti “non su edificio”, realizzati in aree industriali, commerciali, discariche e cave esaurite; premi per impianti a sostituzione di coperture di eternit/amianto; vengono infine incentivati **sistemi con scambio prevedibile**.

Explanation:
special pv systems particularly reliable because they guarantee an agreed performance. technically this is achieved by integrating the system back-up device working when the energy supplied by the sun is not sufficient. i have attached a link but you can find many prsentations if you google "conto energia sistemi con scambio prevedibile cosa sono"
