I will give you an answer written in Italian
“siti distanti tra loro pochi chilometri possono essere soggetti a condizioni di vento nettamente differenti e rivestire un interesse sostanzialmente diverso ai fini dell'installazione di turbine eoliche”
The sentence is written in bad italian (oscura!) I will give you an equivalent sentence:
“Vi sono siti che anche se distano pochi chilometri tra di loro hanno ventilazioni molto diverse, quindi questi siti hanno un interesse diverso tra di loro al fine dell’installazione di turbine eoliche”
the second sentence is equivalent to the first one but easier to translate.
for instance:"There are places that are few kilometers distant but have very different wind conditions, so those places have different appeal regarding the wind turbine installation
