Italian term or phrase: bollitore/caldaia (see context)
If within the same list of items which are part of a maintenance service contract I find both bollitore and caldaia, I don't think I can use the same term " boiler'" for both of them, right? There must be a difference.......
In the list, caldaia is right before bruciatore, and bollitore is right before scambiatore........it is a neverending list......

Boiler (hot water heater) / furnace
Explanation:
The difference is that one is probably servicing a heat exchanger (boiler providing hot water for heat exchange) and the other is providing heat for the premises (furnace with burner (prob. oil or gas).

Sorry! the time's getting to me: the furnace would probably provide steam for the plant.
