This is from the spec. for an industrial drum filter:

elsewhere in the document refers to "Vite a T.E." which is "hex head screw"

Any idea what the extra initials stand for?

Ciao a tutti, correzione per correzione che sono le TCE??
io le conosco a norme uni TCEI (testa cava esagono incassato)
poi ci sono le TSEI (testa svasata esagono incassato)
e anche le STEI (senza testa esagono incassato) a dirla alla vox populi. i famosi "grani".
poi ci sono una miriade di viti, ma sempre sotto norme UNI
con simpatia

I think it may be "countersunk hex head socket screws", or maybe that's just an alternative name -?
