Italian term or phrase: musetto

In this document the term musetto is used to indicate a part of the helicopter engine. They are performing tests to see whether it can function without oil and, if so, for how long. Some examples are:

Per verificare le condizioni di funzionamento del musetto motore 1 in condizioni senza oli sono state effettuate delle prove interrompendo momentaneamente il flusso dell'olio al solo *musetto* 1.

E' stato necessario inserire un raccordo a T, in modo da introdurre l'olio nel circuito, ma comunque essere in grado di rilevare la pressione in quel punto del circuito stesso come avviene nella normal configurazione. Il raccordo a T permette quindi l'ingresso dell'olio nel *musetto*, innvertendo però il percorso dell'olio di lubrificazione rispetto alla configurazione originale.

Asker: Nose was my original translation but I was afraid that nose could only refer to the front of the aircraft and not a part of the gearbox or transmission. Thanks a million!
