Environment & Ecology / waste management | | Italian term or phrase: registro di carico e scarico | I need to translate the term "registro di carico e scarico" in a waste management procedure. The definition in Italian is:
"Registro su cui devono essere annotate le informazioni sulle caratteristiche qualitative e quantitative dei rifiuti."
A partire dal 13 febbraio 2008, i Registri di carico e scarico rifiuti devono essere numerati e vidimati non più dall’Agenzia delle Entrate ma esclusivamente dalla Camera di commercio competente per territorio (dove è ubicata la sede legale ovvero un’unità locale). Ciò in conseguenza della modifica dell'art. 190, comma 6, del D.Lgs. n. 152/2006 (Codice ambientale), da parte dell'art. 2, comma 24-bis del D.Lgs. n. 4/2008 (correttivo del Codice ambientale).
