il pooler regola con le rispettive società del gruppo (consociate), la gestione dei movimenti dei saldi attivi e passivi che transitano sul pool account, tramite rapporti di conto corrente non bancario (o definito anche interaziendale).
Best I’ve come up with so far is account with another institute that isn’t a bank, but that runs off the page.
Any ideas?

Non-Bank (Definition):
A non-bank or a non-bank bank, is a financial institution that provides banking services without meeting the legal definition of a bank, i. e. one that does not hold a banking license. Operations are, regardless of this, still exercised under financial supervision.
Non-bank institutions frequently acts as suppliers of loans and credit facilities, however they are typically not allowed to take deposits from the general public and have to find other means of funding their operations such as issuing debt instruments.

I eventually ended up using intercompany accounts/accounting as I found this later on in the doc “tramite rapporti di conto corrente non bancario (o definito anche interaziendale).” There are quite a few references to that online too.
