under the civil law Explanation: Hi there, The 'utile civilistico' is the result of an income statement (formerly Profit & Loss statement) perapred according to the civil law, since in Italy the companies must prepare the yearly financial statements according both to the 'civil law' and the 'tax law', therequirements of the latter being usually more restrictive. Accordingly, since I am not aware of any such a provision in UK, I guess the best way forward is to be literal. Hence, my suggestion. HTH Lea (A Chartered Accountant in Italy) |
