Tranche of properties contributed free for use Explanation: "immobili" is properties, land and buildings. What they are saying is that some of the properties are completely free for use. The others are probaby occupied by tenants or can't be used freely. The "apportati" would seem to indicate that this is capital contribution to the equity of a company. |
