I used to get terribly confused with "al capo". You could put "the exposure resting on the head of the guarantor", but ermm better not to I think ;-)

Asker: Thanks, Jim. I knew what exposure was, it was the guarantor's role in this sentence I was unsure of because of the al capo a. Thanks!

Asker: Yes, exactly, sometimes it's clear and sometimes not. In capo a, mm mm, my favourite.
