Italian term or phrase: delega degli incassi
This is from a securitization agreement. This is after the assignor has transferred the credits to be securitized to the assignee, who in turn has scrutinized and selected what will in fact be securitized. In the next step it says simply "la delega degli incassi a (the assignor)" Is it merely a collecting notice, a sort of receipt or credit note for the credits acquired? Thanks for any and all help!
