Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
Italian term or phrase: non sono stati rilasciati pareri previsti dalla Legge
in a Report of the Board of Auditors. What do they mean by "pareri"?! I cannot find a transalation!

English translation:no opinions, pursuant to the provisions of [the] law, were issued
Explanation:
Civil Code and Legislative Decree (at least) apply...so law is probably used in the generic sense...

Has to be phrased carefully to give the sense of "opinions envisaged by law not provided" rather than "opinions were not provided, as envisaged by law", if you see what I mean.

"previo parere del collegio sindacale" "sentito il parere del collegio sindacale" - worth googling for additional context.

Explanation:
Report of the Board of Auditors should be Stautory Auditors' Report I believe.

the opinions required by law have not been provided

Explanation:
As opposed to: "the company provided/sought the opinions but they did not comply with law"

Putting medium confidence level because without any context I haven't the foggiest what this is about. Or am I missing something?
