This is from a list of payment methods given in a legal opinion on traceability of financial transactions. No other context except that the other payment methods are Ri.ba, RID, MAV, Bonifici bancari e postali, Cambiali ed assegni bancari etc.

Explanation:
For example you electricity company sends you a bill which also serves as a paying in slip already filled that can be used at any bank. Again, I know of no equivalent in the UK. Any in Australia?
