My thanks to Phil for asking the question. I went off on a thought without giving the necessary attention to the text offerfed by the asker.
In this case "per firma" means "unsecured" as per Proz's own term search. Thus it is "unsecured financing/loan". My deepest apologies to the asker and heartfelt thanks to Phil.
