Who is transferer and who transferee?

| | | receiving company and contributing company / transferee and transferor | Explanation: The "ente" is the actiive one that does, while the "atario" is the passive one done to.
The conferimento di capitale or ramo di azienda is a "contribution (of capital)" in financial terms, however it may be better to speak of the transfer of assets (or sale of assets, if they are in fact sold). I would tend to try and avoid "er" and "ee" terms and talk of "the company transferring the assets" if it can be worked into the text easily. |
