I'm trying to understand (and translate) a confusing phrase I've found nowhere in the Wref and proz glossaries: "caricamento fisico e contabile". Here's the sentence, explaining charges by a parent company towards its subsidiaries; for clarity I've included also the previous segment of source text:
"Con maggior dettaglio, gli accordi prevedono che ciascuna società del Gruppo partecipante demandi a Mapei SpA di realizzare, attraverso istituti bancari individuati da quest’ultima, la gestione centralizzata delle disponibilità e dei fabbisogni finanziari di breve termine.
Tale gestione centralizzata si basa sull’azzeramento alla fine di ogni giorno lavorativo dei saldi a credito e a debito dei conti locali delle singole consociate CON IL CONTESTUALE CARICAMENTO FISICO E CONTABILE dei conti di cash pooling gestiti da Mapei SpA
my attempt:
This centralized management is based on the resetting at the end of each working day of credit and debit balances of the accounts of each local subsidiary along with the SIMULTANEOUS PHYSICAL AND CASH CHARGING to the cash pooling accounts managed by Mapei SpA.
But "physical" seems instinctively to be the wrong translation and is, of course, a total guess given my ignorance of this particular form of charging/financing, and inability to find reference material on this subject.
