the "agretto" is a kind of herbaceous plant. Look on the site below for the meaning. "sottobosco" is just the "place" where it grows > "underwood"

But what I was also thinking is that here it is just a kind of dressing...I fact I found several sites like:

where agretto is not the plant but the dressing for the pasta, fish and so on...

I\'d say blueberry/wild berries dressing/sauce
