Social Sciences - Food & Dairy / food flavouring | | Italian term or phrase: lipolici | | This term appears in a text about food flavouring, it would seem to refer to lipids or a least some kind of fat/oil sustance but I can't find the exact term. It occurs in this sentence: "la produzione [dell'azienda] comprende estratti, concentrati, polveri, lipolici e aromi per innumerevoli applicazioni." Can anyone help please? |
