Italian to English translations [PRO]
Social Sciences - Food & Drink / food flavouring
Italian term or phrase: lipolici
This term appears in a text about food flavouring, it would seem to refer to lipids or a least some kind of fat/oil sustance but I can't find the exact term. It occurs in this sentence: "la produzione [dell'azienda] comprende estratti, concentrati, polveri, lipolici e aromi per innumerevoli applicazioni." Can anyone help please?
