Pasticcieri, aiuto!
In un testo in inglese sulla preparazione della pastasfoglia trovo il termine "packet", che designa evidentemente quello che in italiano in ambito pasticciero si chiama "pacchetto", e cioè l'impasto ripiegato su se stesso per accogliere il burro (e io che vorrei perdere qualche chilo...).
Siccome il mio testo è di dubbia origine, cioè temo che sia ritradotto dall'italiano o abbia fatto altre tortuose strade, per mia curiosità vorrei sapere il termine esatto.
Mi aiutate per favore?

Taken from link given: "Take the butter out of the paper and put on the dough rectangle. Bring the corners of the dough together to make an envelope."

Once the dough has been rolled and folded, which is the stage following that described above, I would simply refer to it as the rolled and folded dough.

I wouldn't use the term packet.
