If these are instant meals then I would expect a fairly cheerful slogan to be the order of the day, rather than something full of gourmet mystique.

Explanation:
Sure the 'consapevole' refers to environmental awareness. Green cuisine is used a lot (both a brand of pots and pans but also in book titles etc - try googling!) .... I also thought of 'environmentally aware Italian cuisine' but it is far too long to be a marketing slogan, so this was my best shot

Explanation:
I would not use 'Made in Italy' combined with food products.
Conscious cooking seems to be all about healthy and organic food, and has the appeal of the alliteration to it.
Don't know if it would work as a slogan, though. Hence, medium conf. level. Let's hear it from our mothertongue colleagues.

neutral  LorraineB: like the punch of this - I was looking for rhymes too. Only doubt: 'lean' might not be suitable for olive oil, olives, pasta and other Italian potentially organic food.... ;-)
