Cubano (8 persone)
(cake cioccolato fondente 60% e banane)
Ingredienti:
- 50 g cacao
- 330 g * (trademark for sponge cake mix)
- 250 g uova
- 100 g burro
- 100 g copertura 50% fusa
- 300 g banane a rondelle + 20 g di Fruttafix + 30 g zucchero + scorza di 2 arance
Procedimento:
Mettere in planetaria il * con il cacao, il burro e le uova. Montare con una frusta e unire la frutta con Fruttafix, le scorze di arancio e la copertura fusa. Mettere il composto in stampi da cake imburrati e infarinati e cuocere a 170°C per 25 minuti.
