'Pulley' seems to be the appropriate translation forfor carrucola, and 'glider' for 'scivoli', but I could not find them combined, hence I'd rather not offer a suggestion.

Asker: Thanks Barbara for your help and references. I've just come to the same conclusion. I'll keeping looking, but as the work is urgent I'll probably end up putting the two together with an explanation.
