Italian to English translations [PRO]
Art/Literary - Genealogy / pronounciation | | Italian term or phrase: grochi | this is how my surname is pronounced in Spanish, but it's of italian origin. I'd like to know the original spelling of it. All I know is that the "chi" sounds originally as "ci" in the word "calcio" but I'm not sure of its spelling. Thank you

may come from Crocci, which in itself may be a corrupted form of Croci . .quite a common surname (as 'Cross' in english).
'grocci' may also be corruption of 'grossi'.
