I'm unsure of what this term refers to in this context. Does anyone have any ideas? I also hope I haven't misled any of you with the field selection - I wasn't entirely sure where to put this one!

it could be anything - two-dimensional (a round smiley face printed on cardboard, perhaps), or three-dimensional (a toy English red pillar box, or a tree, made from cardboard)....
