il mio dubbio è di registro: in un documento mi ritrovo questa espressione "Vale la pena, a titolo esemplificativo , dare uno sguardo ai siti web coordinati all’interno del NHS inglese" have a look? non è troppo "disinvolto"? è tratto da una serissima documentazione medica.....

In my opinon "vale la pena" is not formal. However a formal translation would be "view".

Then you would need to change "Vale la pena" too, naturally if the authors/client agree. However, you really need to show us a part of the rest of the "very serious document". The context you gave was conversation and greetings. However, it is academic, then "It is worthwhile taking a brief look at... " If perfectly serious. Note "worthwhile" and not just "worth".

Asker: grazie, sono molto d'accordo col fatto che "vale la pena" non sia formale....ma il resto del paper lo è. Gli autori saranno scesi di livello in questo periodo specifico, ma ho l'impressione che tocchi a me rimediare.
