The story of a balloon production company:

Era solo un ragazzo ma lavorava come due uomini perché riusciva a fare 1.500 palloncini al giorno tra quelli che volavano verso il cielo spinti dal gas e bibis che strepitavano fino a perdere il fiato.

Pack of 12 Long Rocket balloons with Straws.
Use the straw to inflate the balloon, release & watch it whizz around the room!
Hours of hilarious fun!

Hi Kate, was going entirely by the image you posted, which shows balloon straws (if it's the second type you mention then it would be 'whistle balloons')...

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Ivana, I was was just wondering about the "strepitavano fino a perdere il fiato" part, which doesn't seem to fit with straws.

Asker: I think 'rocket balloons' could what I'm looking for.

Asker: The ebay link talks about whistling too, but the term 'rocket balloons' gets more hits and fits with my context. Thanks for the link!
