Italian term or phrase: completano un diadema di vittorie
I can't figure out a verb for "completano" and a noun for "diadema". The text is about a famous car race in Sicily and its car drivers. Here's the whole sentence: " Le affermazioni di classe alla Palermo-Montepellegrino ed alla Trapani-Monte Erice del 1955 completano un diadema di vittorie in terra siciliana di grande prestigio."

English translation:rounded off a series of glittering wins
Explanation:
You could split the "diadema" metaphor into a noun and an adjective that is frequently collocated with "wins"/"victories".

completed a series of stunning victories

Explanation:
either 'stunning victories' or 'glittering victories'. Glittering wins doesn't quite sound right.
