Context is a brochure with loads of pics and a few words for a firm which monitors underground construction works

From research done so far I have found out more or less what it is from this page:

From this sistemi georeferenziati would seem just to be systems which have been mapped geographically, like a map showing where your nearest sewer is or ATM is.

I believe that we are simply talking about the use of systems that utilize GPS, or geopositioning systems and devices. Public administrations are now equipped to use this additional instrument to ease their work and find confirmation of their data.
