I can't find anywhere (or anything) in the Congo that matches this term. Any ideas?

English translation:Congo river basin
Explanation:
Più che marittimo, direi idrografico o fluviale

Congo = fiume Congo

Angola
Burundi
Camerun
Gabon
Repubblica Centrafricana
Repubblica del Congo
Repubblica Democratica del Congo
Ruanda
Tanzania
Zambia

Congo River

The Congo River (also known as the Zaire River) is the second largest river in the world by volume of water discharged, though it has only one-fifth the volume of the world's largest river, the Amazon
The Congo River Basin is one of the distinct physiographic sections of the larger Mid-African province, which in turn is part of the larger African massive physiographic division.

I think this is referring to the ocean along the coast of the Congo rather than the river basin.

BACINO

ossia Marano e Grado11.
