Bus/Financial - Government / Politics / resume
Italian term or phrase: Ente Locale Territoriale
This is from a resume of an individual:

In ambito rapporti commerciali con Ministeri ed Enti Locali Territoriali regionali e provinciali ho finalizzato e spesso gestito contratti sulle aree Protezione Civile, Trasporti, Catasto, Urbanistica, Agricoltura.

I have a feeling that Ente Locale Territorial has no real equivalent in English, but I'm not sure.

Help! Thanks.

Una idea. Se traduci "regionali e provinciali" forse "public" può essere omesso.

agree  philgoddard: I'm not sure of the subtle difference (if any) between 'locali' and 'territoriali'. You could also say local government.

neutral  maryrose: We don't really use this term, even though it translates the Italian. Agree with what Phil says.

neutral  James (Jim) Davis: This is US specific, as it won't work in UK, Australia (MaryRose) and probably anywhere else
