QUA, in collaborazione con i Responsabili di Funzione, elabora il Piano di Addestramento MGQ 6.2.0-A3 (Allegato 3) identificando i corsi con le relative valutazioni budgetarie, in termini di ore, di costo, e i nomi delle persone coinvolte.
QUA annualmente, in fase di “Riesame della Direzione”, presenta a CHR il Piano di Addestramento.
L’approvazione del piano di addestramento e di formazione del personale spetta a CHR, che, periodicamente e con scadenza almeno annuale, può individuare eventuali lacune e possibilità di miglioramento, ***oltre che l’opportunità di aggiornamento.***
CHR delega poi ai Responsabili di Funzione e a QUA il compito di scegliere i corsi più idonei che permettano ai dipendenti individuati di venire in possesso di tutti gli elementi necessari e utili a svolgere correttamente le attività di competenza.

Scusate, ma oggi sono un pò lenta...secondo voi come devo interpretare la parte marcata della frase? Il CHR (Chairman) deve approvare il piano di addestramento ..... oltre a confermare l'opportunità (dei singoli dipendenti?) di fare un corso di aggiornamento?
E così? Quindi dice praticamente due volte la stessa cosa?

O mi sfugge qualcosa?
Per ora ho tradotto la frase centrale così:
The training and education schedule must be approved by CHR who, at regular intervals and at least once a year, may indicate any gaps and possibilities for improvement, other than ........
