branch manager

Explanation:
this is what is used in the comapny I work for. An overseas branch is opened and the person in charge of the branch reports back. This answer is based on you text and not on the translation of antenne

local (office) contact/ interface/ link person / "set of eyes" /representative

Explanation:
Take your choice!
I take it this is not meant in the sense of "spy" but simply a contact person and sort of correspondent. By putting "office" or "branch" in the term you convey the idea of a company employee.

Notes to answerer
Asker: it's not exactly a spy but someone who must nonetheless collect and report information to headquarters - the antenna gives the idea of using transmitting signals

agree  Giuseppe Bellone: "antenne" with this meaning is another "invention" I had never heard of before, actually it makes me laugh a lot and I find it simply ridiculous, but.. here it is! One of your suggestions gives the idea perfectly! :) I imagine green yuppies with aerials!!
