Italian to English translations [Non-PRO] Law/Patents - Human Resources / Employment contract - secondment overseas | | Italian term or phrase: visto | "osservare le formalità richieste ai fini dell'elezione della Sua residenza in loco e del rilascio e/o rinnovo dell'autorizzazione e del visto."
The context is a section called "employee's duties" in an employment contract pertaining to secondment overseas. This clause does not relate to either the clause before or the one following it. I presume that "visto" in this context means "approval" but I am conscious that another meaning of "visto" is "visa". Given the country in question is Australia, where a visa is required, I was just wondering if it could mean this here?
