Italian term or phrase: maggior presenza

Is there a specific term in English for this or is it a form of flexitime? This is from an internal company guide to employment conditions.

Anche per i profili quadro e a forfait valgono gli stessi limiti di orario?

No, i profili quadro e a forfait hanno un orario di lavoro che non prevede vincoli di fasce orarie se svolte le 8 ore giornaliere.
Infatti, i quadri devono svolgere almeno 8 ore al giorno di attività lavorativa, quindi 40 ore alla settimana dal lun. al ven. La maturazione delle 40 ore ha inizio dalle ore 8.30. Le ore/minuti lavorati dopo le ore 17.30, in eccedenza rispetto alle 8 ore, vengono considerate ore di **maggior presenza** utili ai fini della compensazione. Per poter compensare ore di minor presenza nella stessa settimana, è necessario svolgere al giorno almeno 4 ore di lavoro.
Per i profili a forfait vale quanto sopra indicato per i quadri con la differenza che per iniziare a maturare ore di **maggior presenza** devono svolgere almeno 45 ore di lavoro alla settimana. Il conteggio delle ore di **maggior presenza** ha inizio dalle ore 17, con riferimento alle ore/minuti in eccedenza rispetto alle 8 ore di lavoro giornaliero.

... Talking about which... for example. Right now, I'm working as a consultant for a company 12 hours a week, but get paid not by hour but monthly. My contract (alas, can't find it anywhere to be able to quote directly) says that all extra hours will be summed up at the end of the month, and a due amount will be paid calculated out of my monthly fee for regular 48 hours a month
