My take: the tone of the note is extremely diplomatic, so much so that it could easily lose meaning. But, clearly he/she is recommending change of some sort.

So, it could read something like:

"I trust that you/we will take into consideration this learning experience/ to improve service for Autodesk's customers"

or

"I trust that you/we will take this opportunity to improve service for Autodesk's customer"

I believe that these translations although slightly more direct than the original, it still retains a conciliatory tone.
