Italian to English translations [Non-PRO] Idioms / Maxims / Sayings | | Italian term or phrase: un’aria sbarazzina | Full sentence:
Stivaletti neri e un pullover colorato le danno un’aria sbarazzina
Context:
Describing a young Iraqi woman in a work place
Possibility:
Black ankle boots and a coloured pullover add to that slightly saucy look.
I'm not very happy with 'saucy' - I don't feel it is very appropriate given the context. Saucy sounds promiscuous somehow. Perhaps 'jaunty' would be better?
