Hello. This acronym, the extended form of which I have managed to find, is included in a list of types of insurance. Haven't had any luck finding the English equivalent in an insurance context.

I have just noted that in Italy they use the terms RCA and CVT to distinguish between "Liability" and "Comprehensive and Collision" vehicle cover(US terminologies). Note the following: Comp and Collision may be more on point ".....2. Per ogni impresa di assicurazione vengono indicati il gruppo di appartenenza, la raccolta premi complessiva realizzata in Italia nel 1999 e quella realizzata nei singoli rami auto: Responsabilità Civile Auto (di seguito RCA) e Corpi di Veicoli Terrestri (di seguito CVT). Il ramo CVT - indicato anche come Auto Rischi Diversi (di seguito ARD)."
