I assume the tagliando is part of an insurance policy, not quite sure what it's referring to here though:
"la Procura di **** ha incaricato il Nucleo della Polizia Tributaria della Guardia di Finanza di **** di consegnare all'Autorita' Giudiziaria Elvetica il tagliando (sequestrato nel corso delle indagini) della polizza vita stipulata con ***** e sottoscritta da ****, su cui erano confluiti circa 9 milioni di Euro, al fine di dar seguito alla disposizione di bonifico impartita dal Sig. **** a beneficio dei Sig.ii **** per 1,300,000 Euro, a valere sulle sostanze soggiacenti alla polizza."
If anyone can help with this in any way I'd be most grateful! Not really sure what's going on here... |
