Italian term or phrase: cassa integrazione
I need some advice on this term. I know it's listed in the Kudoz Glossary but my question is would it be incorrect to use "early retirement" for "cassa integrazione" in this passage?

My proposed translation is:

- Prevention: to reduce the possibility of older workers being forced into ***early retirement*** by trying to predict companies' intentions of taking advantage of this social shock absorber;

redudancy payment.
Explanation:

Explanation:
I normally use this translation as I think it adequately explains it, though there are several other versions in the kudoz glossary ...

Early retirement isn't the same thing so I really don't think it's suitable
