Italian term or phrase: patrimonio
“Patrimonio" significa i beni del Fondo alla Data di Efficacia come certificati dalla Banca Depositaria; XXX può aggiungere e ritirare beni dal Patrimonio dando notizia di ciò al Gestore;

I know "patrimonio" can be translated as "assets", but I have used that expression for "beni".

Any suggestions for alternatives?

agree Rowan Morrell: This is certainly a major meaning of "patrimonio", and a property can be an asset. So this seems pretty likely.
