Explanation:
"driven by exec applications developed by Icon which lock into the native integration webservices of the Commerce serve"

How you translate "alimentate" here isn't too important the execs ARE the interface. However, you could reword it with output or input. "The output from the commerce server to the ftp files is through an interface implemented by exec applications which lock into the..."

Well a softare application is an "applicativo" in Italian (strong and masculine).
I am pretty certain that these are files with the suffix ".exe". They contain programmes which run or execute. They are generally application programmes, programmes which do things for users, like msword.exe. There are other types of executive files but run programmes but they are for running system commands and functions and have the suffix ".com" and ".sys".

I thought of just putting execs, but while it is a bit colloquial in English, it does indicate that they are files with an ".exe" suffix, so I added applications to smarten it up a little. Of course anything English in an Italian text is super smart :)

Asker: sugli exe = sulle applicazioni exe? I thought it meant sui file exe as it was a masculine noun
