This is from an article describing climbing a mountain in Perú

Here's the whole sentence:
Per la scalata alla cima, molto tecnica con un’uscita alla sommità di 90 gradi, siamo rimasti XXX ed io.

It's the translation of uscita that's particularly bothering me here.
