non ne sono del tutto sicura, meglio aspettare conferma, ma vi sono molti riscontri in rete e anche l'eurodicautom dà 'property right' per privativa
Il Marolli, per diritti di privativa industriale, dà patent right, ma da un'occhiata veloce ad alcune website mi sembra che industrial property right abbia un significato più ampio.
Non sono proprio esperta del campo, ma spero di averti dato qualche idea.. :-)
