pagamento in conto capitale

Italian to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / plant machinery purchase
Italian term or phrase: pagamento in conto capitale
Wondering if it's ok to still use "capital account" in this context, the meaning appears a little convoluted - pagamento di accessori ed interessi, e per il rimanente, in conto capitale. Many thanks.

"into capital account"

Explanation:
I think you're confused by 'il rimanente' - it think it means, that whats left over from the payments towards other expenses then goes INTO the "capital account", as is.

Law is an Art. Translation is a Science. The Court room is a theatre whereby Judges are entertained by vainglorius poetries, and litigousness pereptuates itself by way of this state of being. Cheers.

payment for principal (debt)

Explanation:
the sentence says words to this effect: the payment is for services and interest, the remainder goes to reduce the principal (debt)
Is the separation between principal (debt) and interest (debt)=
quota capitale e quota interessi.
