Italian term or phrase: PRINCIPIO DI ESECUZIONE
IT IS A CURRENT ACCOUNT BANK CONTRACT. I'M NOT SURE WHAT THIS PRINCIPIO DI ESECUZIONE IS. THE SENTENCE:. Il Cliente ha facoltà di revocare, ai sensi dell’art. 1373 c.c., l’incarico conferito alla Banca finché l’incarico stesso non abbia avuto un principio di esecuzione, compatibilmente con le modalità dell’esecuzione medesima.
THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

before the assignment is started
Explanation:
What I understand here is:
finché l’incarico stesso non abbia avuto un principio di esecuzione = prima che l’incarico stesso venga iniziato (before the assignment is started)

... Comlab may require that the Applicant pay the whole or part of the compensation before the assignment is started, or continuously under the assignment. ...

Why should we write in plain Italian when we can make it more difficult to understand? ;-)
